MEDSAL project, funded by PRIMA Foundation, organizes a summer school titled “An induction workshop for young scientists on advanced coastal aquifer salinization study and assessment tools”. This is a 4-day hybrid workshop to be held from 27th to 30th June 2022, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Bari (Bari – Italy). The workshop will focus on the innovative tools and methods developed in the framework of the MEDSAL project. Scientific subjects to be addressed are structured in 4 modules, each one comprising a theoretical and a practical session where attendees are expected to actively participate in exercises, problem solving and case study analysis. The curriculum is the result of 3 years of intensive research and development carried out by a well-coordinated multi-national team of experienced scientists.
The workshop is open to every scientist interested in the subjects and is free of charge.
The official deadline for applications is April 15th, however a short extension will be granted to April 22.
