Invitation for book chapter submissions for the edited SPRINGER NATURE book, “Phytoremediation for Environmental Sustainability: Applications for environmental protection and management”

Dear colleagues,

Springer Nature, Switzerland AG, Gewerbestrasse 11, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (the “Publisher”), has recently authorized us the publication of a new handbook on Phytoremediation for Environmental Sustainability: Applications for environmental protection and management”. The proposed book aims to emphasize the importance of phytoremediation technologies for the environmental sustainability, their vital fundamental features, and recent innovations highlighting applications, management strategies and subsequently relevant case studies. The proposed book aims to highlight the established research and technology on all aspects of tools and techniques related to assessment and monitoring of water contaminants. Before, a very little set of suggested titles was considered. There are now no books on the suggested theme, and the few that are partly relevant are already out of date, but there is no book on the market that will fully cover the suggested topic. We think the suggested topic is really quite current, and we are optimistic about the book’s success. The recent developments in phytoremediation and related technologies to reduce the contamination of water resources are covered in this book’s current trends and advancements section. The fundamental aspects of water pollution, as well as their causes, primary sources, detection, treatment, and mitigation using phytoremediation technologies and management systems commercialization and economics thoughts that are currently of significant importance, are covered.

We are very pleased to invite you to contribute one or two chapters from the following TOC:
